1. Shipping Timelines
Our shipping process is divided into two parts: processing time and transit time. Please note the following estimates for all orders:
- Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (MST - Mountain Standard Time).
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
3. Shipping Locations
Currently, Miro & Vale ships to customers within the United States. To maintain our high standards of quality and value, we utilize a network of international fulfillment centers to source and ship our curated products directly to your doorstep.
4. Delivery & Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Miro & Vale is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
