At Miro & Vale (www.mirovale.com), we stand behind the quality of our curated collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to protect your customer rights.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Miro & Vale will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse the costs.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@mirovale.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our authorized facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Processing Time: Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
4. Cancellations
To ensure fast shipping, orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
